Paul joined the Kingsleys Canberra team in May 2011 after being a valued senior sous chef at Kingsleys Woolloomooloo for over four years. Paul's passion for cooking started when he was a teenager growing up in central QLD & completed his training while working as a chef on Hamilton Island.
Paul is excited & enthusiastic to introduce his favourite dishes to Canberra & to make his mark as Head Chef.
