Kitchen - Stephen Blake (Bilpin), he has always been consistent in attendance, standards and is extremely hard working. Stephen has also been with Kingsleys since 2004 and has come through the ranks beginning as an apprentice.
FOH - Elle Baudry Is easily the hardest and most consistent worker we have at this time. No one comes close to her on the pass and what she can produce. She began with us in Kingsleys, Brisbane and has since come down to Sydney.

Canberra

Kitchen - Eddison Liu's work has continued to improve remarkably. His knife skills are fantastic and he is very committed to being a team player.
FOH - Bo Djikic has been with Kingsleys, Canberra since it began a year ago. Her attention to detail, absolute commitment to customer service, guiding other staff members and great customer service make her a deserved winner.

Brisbane

FOH - Roxana Savu deserves the award for attending almost every wine training session (far more than anyone else) and for her constant attentiveness, punctuality and willingness to learn.
Kitchen - Rangi Arama because his work ethic is consistent and of a high standard.
