Minimum 1 working day notice required for all steak orders.

Gift Vouchers are posted from head office in Sydney.

If this order is a gift, we require a mobile phone number for the person who is receiving the gift, in order to confirm they will be home when the courier delivers.

Hampers & steaks are only able to be delivered within Sydney, Canberra & Brisbane only.

Aprons, bottle openers, knives, choc coffee beans, seasonings can all be POSTED anywhere in Australia.

Additional costs will apply to all orders being couriered outside the Sydney, Brisbane & Canberra CBD.

Delivery

Delivery is available between 9am-5pm.

Orders are couriered to your home or office; or can be picked up from the restaurant.

Someone must be present to receive the order & sign for it.

Additional charges apply outside a 10 kilometre radius of the relevant restaurant.

Refunds

In the instance that a product is faulty, Kingsleys will offer a full refund.

If at any time you do not wish us to continue sending you information then please contact us & we will arrange to have your records deleted from our database.

All the information that we receive is stored securely at all times & will never be provided to any unauthorised third party. If you provide us with your credit card details to pay for any products that you may order we protect your credit card details through NAB'S E-WAY payment gateway.

We do not store or save the details of your credit card.
